Buyers: orders are contracts between you and the vendor selling the item. Marketplac processes payment, escrow, and dispute resolution but is not the seller of record unless explicitly noted.

Vendors: you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the quality of your products, and the fulfilment of orders within the promised window. Persistent violations may result in suspension.

Acceptable use: no fraud, no counterfeit goods, no harassment of other users. We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
