Returns & refunds
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by a vendor or shipping error.
To start a return, open the order from your account and choose “Return item.” You will receive a prepaid label by email within one business day. Pack the item in its original packaging where possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the vendor receiving the returned item. International orders may take longer to clear depending on your bank.
If your item arrived damaged or significantly differs from its listing, you do not need to wait for return shipping — contact us with photos and we will resolve it with the vendor on your behalf.
