This guide covers everything a new vendor needs: onboarding, listings, payouts, and what to do when something goes wrong.

Onboarding: apply with your store name, country, and a short description. We aim to review applications within two business days. Once approved, you can connect a Stripe account and begin listing.

Listings: each product needs a clear title, at least one image, an honest description, and accurate inventory. We hold high standards for photography and copy — listings that fall short will be sent back for revision rather than rejected outright.

Payouts: net revenue (sales minus our flat platform fee) is paid out twice a month via Stripe. You can see a live ledger of unpaid balances and historical payouts from your vendor dashboard.

Support: vendor-specific support questions are answered within one business day. For anything urgent, mention “urgent” in the subject line.
